Obituary

Robert “Spoonman” Johnson was born on January 5, 1948 in Canoe, Alabama. He moved to Cameron, LA, where he became a long time fisherman. He retired in 2012. He moved to Battles, Mississippi in 2005.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Johnson. The Lord was in need of another angel, so he called Spoonman to join him in heaven on March 2, 2023.

Celebration of life will be Saturday, March 11, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.

Pastor Betty Robinson will deliver the eulogy.
