A TIME TO DIE:
With her loving family by her side, Mary M. “Bunch” Powe-Henderson passed away peacefully in August 10, 2023 at Wayne General Hospital.
A TIME TO LIVE:
Born on November 16, 1934 to Baze and Pinkie Powe , Sister Mary “Bunch” began her journey in the Pineville Community along with her brothers Quincy and Jacob,and a sister Olivia, who all preceded her in death.
A TIME TO SERVE:
In her youthful days, Sister Mary united with the Pineville Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Pineville Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Samuel Newton officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
There will be a viewing period Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home, and Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pineville Missionary Baptist Church.
