Marilyn Jeanice Warren

MARILYN JEANICE CHAMBERS-WARREN was born on December 11, 1960 to the late Arthur and Ammie Chambers. She departed this life on October 4, 2023. 
 

Marilyn brought joy, fun, and laughter to every room she entered and was the neighborhood’s favorite auntie. 
 

Her wonderful memories and one of a kind personality will be dearly missed by her husband Luther Warren; two sons, Micheal Chambers and Luther “Tyron” Chambers; one god son, Curtis DeAndrea Woulard; one stepdaughter, Shaneka Warren; two granddaughters:  Madison and Gabrielle Chambers; three brothers, James Chambers, Michael Wayne (Stella) Chambers, L. C. (Janet) Chambers; three sisters:  Lisa Cooley, Regina (Bruce) Harmon, and Karen (Billy) Veasley; one godsister:  Dora Collins; two sisters in law:  Ruby Warren and Yolanda Estes, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 2:30 PM at New Friendship Baptist Church, with Pastor George Barnett officiating. Interment will follow at Pineville Cemetery. 
 

There will be a viewing period Friday, October 13, 2023, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.
