Lisa Foster Obituary

LISA FOSTER was born June 16, 1965 to Pearline and George Edward Walker. She transitioned Sunday, April 17, 2022 at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS. She was an employee of Southern Hen. 
 

She had three brothers on her mother’s side, and they are:  Billy Wayne and Prentis Walker from Waynesboro MS and Frank (Linda) Walker (preceded her in death). She had seven sisters and one brother from her father’s side:  Grace smart Walker Anderson of Alabama, Jewel (Esdaile) Franklin, Eunice Mauldin, Pearl Ann Bivens (James Morce) of Fruitdale AL, Dessie Walker of Mobile AL, Addie Mayle of Alabama, and George Walker of Mobile AL. 

She is also survived by her husband, David Foster, one daughter:  Shaquitta Foster, one son:  Javier Foster, one granddaughter:  Shalisa Foster, two stepdaughters:  Shonda Foster Monigan and Jessica Burns, and two grandsons:  Isiah and Matt, mother in law:  Bobbie Foster, sisters in law:  Patricia (Alexander) Wolfe and Deborah Brewton, both of Sanford MS; brothers in law:  Bernelle (Mary) Foster, Casteau (Valerie) Foster, Gregory (Sandy Kay) Foster, and Willie Earl Foster, all of Sanford MS, along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and cousins. 
 

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Waynesboro Cemetery with Rev. Willie Kinslow as the officiant.
 

There will be a viewing period for Mrs. Foster Friday, April 29, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.
