Kathleen “Norma” Powe

“Norma” Kathleen Powe was born to Ida Mae Arrington of Vossburg, MS, who preceded her in death. She was one of six children born to Ms. Arrington. 
 

She leaves her memories with her husband, Woodrow Powe of Hiwannee, MS; a daughter, Judnara Rowzee of Laurel, MS; a son, Terrance (Rosie) Powe of Hiwannee, MS; and a special niece, Rosemary (George) Powe of Vossburg, MS., and a host of other family members and friends.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Stevens of Quitman, MS, and a special stepdaughter, Wynema Nelson of Shubuta, MS. 

Funeral services will occur Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Old Spring Hill Cemetery in Shubuta, MS with Rev. Curtis Walker as the officiant. 
 

There will be a viewing period Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.
