Obituary
MR. JESSIE CHARLES HARRIS was born in Indianola, MS to the union of Benard Harris and Irutha Caffey. He was well known to friends around the community as “JC.” He was a family man who possessed many trades, from working as a mechanic to a Tanner Construction worker.
He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Mr. Harris began his journey into eternity April 3, 2023 at his residence. He will be missed by many.
Funeral services will occur Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM at St. Luke United Methodist Church in the Matherville community, with Pastor James Crosby officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
There will be a viewing period for Mr. Harris Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.
